Encompassing 32,196 sf, the class A property is the second phase of a two-building, 60,770-sf office project developed by Newport National Corp., a Carlsbad-based real estate development and management company. Atrium II was completed in September of this year by Keeton Construction Co. and tenant improvements for O'Day's headquarters are currently under construction by Pacific Building Group.
O'Day was represented by John Walters of Coldwell Banker Commercial. Justin Halenza, Mark Avilla and Norm Kerlin of BRE Commercial/NAI's Carlsbad office acted on behalf of the lessor.
