Spherion Pacific Enterprises, a technology recruitment firm that was a triple winner of Fortune Magazine's "America's Most Admired Companies," inked a deal for 5,000 sf at the 4343 North Scottsdale Rd. property while Milestone Equities, an investment services firm, leased 7,500 sf.
Located in downtown Scottsdale, the Galleria Corporate Centre underwent a $41-million renovation last year in a conversion from a shopping center into 600,000 sf of prime office and retail space set on nine acres. Among the building's current tenants are the Scottsdale Culinary Institute, which leases 50,000 sf, and New York Life, which occupies 28,000 sf of offices.
Owned by JEMB Realty Corp. the property features a three-story atrium, fiber-optic connections and flexible suite configurations catering to medium and large corporate clients. Kevin Callihan and Jerry Roberts, a CB Richard Ellis Inc. team from Phoenix, arranged the transactions on behalf of Galleria Corporate Centre.
