Mike Foley of Trammell Crow Co. tells GlobeSt.com that the metal die casting company is moving to the new space from 20,000 sf in downtown Los Angeles, where it has operated for 75 years. Foley and Rob Antrobius of Trammell Crow represented the landlord, Supply Ave. Partners, while Dwight Hotchkiss of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.

The free-standing, single-story industrial building was built in 1963 and has since been refurbished. The tenant is expected to move into the new space in December. Foley tells GlobeSt.com the move is part of a company-wide consolidation of operations.Los Angeles Die Casting was founded in 1930. The company supplies precision aluminum, zinc and magnesium die castings to customers in dozens of industries throughout the world.
