Bosley founded the Bosley Real Estate Group, a real estate management and advisory company in Hilton Head Island. He has 25 years experience in commercial real estate and focuses on the sale of office properties in South Carolina.
DeMint is the former president of the Thomas E. DeMint Co., a 20-year-old South Carolina firm specializing in the sale of multifamily, retail and hospitality properties. DeMint has participated in $75 million of closed transactions in his career to date. He has a master's degree from Clemson University and a bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee.
Chalk comes to Van Ness from Prudential Commercial Services where he was a sales associate. He has 12 years of industry background, specializing in the sale of commercial properties throughout South Carolina.
