Karsten Peterson, managing director with Insignia/ESG in Phoenix, tells GlobeSt.com that Coldwell Banker Success Realty leased 5,732 sf at the 301 W. Warner Rd. office complex while Farnsworth, Webb & Greer signed for 7,818 sf. Both are long-term leases, with the average lease price factoring out to about $18.50 per sf.

Warner Courtyards, built by Denali National Trust, features covered parking along with four 1,600-sf interior courtyards set amid 120,000 sf of office space near Warner and Kyrene roads. Peterson said Denali's reputation as a quality builder along with its innovative flex-space design concept and its aggressive leasing terms appealed to both tenants. The building, which has 106,450 sf available for lease, also features expanded parking to accommodate heavier parking users, he said.
