Specializing in multifamily investment, Braun was one of CB's top ten producers in the Phoenix office in 2001 and one of its top 20 multifamily producers nationally. In the last two years alone, he has been involved in the sale of 55 apartment communities. Braun has also been a member of the Lippincott Circle for 10 years, which recognizes brokers who earn at least $250,000 in gross yearly commission.
In another promotion, CB's Steven Brabant has been promoted to vice president with the Phoenix office. Brabant, with CB since 1997, has been a Lippincott Circle member for four consecutive years and was responsible for more than $100 million in sales in 2001 and more than $500 million in sales since 1998. Brabant has more than 30 years of experience as a specialist in institutional commercial real estate.
