Many office developers in the Southeast Michigan area have slowed new construction. Kojaian, however, bucked this trend, says Matthew Fenster of Paragon Corporate Realty Services. The large office developer has continued building speculative properties, Fenster notes.
Jenine Mixdorf, spokeswoman for Kojaian, tells GlobeSt.com Maple Corporate Center does not yet have any signed tenants. "We have had a lot of interest," she adds.
