Hibernia National Bank also has signed a new, 65-month lease for 21,251 sf in The Princeton, a nine-story, 371,228-sf office building at 14651 Dallas Parkway. Randy White of Corporate Realty represented the tenant in that transaction.
As well, Computer Sciences Corp. has signed a 132-month renewal of its lease for 26,799 sf in the 21-story, 295,809 sf Turtle Creek Centre at 3811 Turtle Creek. Darryl Cothron, assistant vice president of leasing for PM Realty Group, finalized both the Hibernia and Computer Sciences transactions under the supervision of Bernard Deaton, senior vice president and director of the Dallas Division.
