Thad Hickman, a Houston-based broker with Grubb & Ellis Co. tells GlobeSt.com that the lease once again is for the short term. The warehouse is getting 30 cents per sf. Jim Nelson of Houston's Dienna Augustine represented AMB, which bought the six-acre property in 1998.
South Atlantic uses the space for storage of industrial products. It also has an operation at 16530 Peninsula St. in Houston.
