Cemprus, a subsidiary of Platinum Equity Holdings, has leased 26,364 sf of space in a five-year deal. Cemprus is a provider of software to the telecommunications industry while its parent company, Platinum, is a global organization, specializing in the acquisition and strategic management of technology companies. Integrated Quality Services, which provides in-house testing services, is leasing 7,944 sf of space for a five year term.
Kevin Hanna, J.R. McDonald and Ethan Rice of Cushman and Wakefield represented Hall Gillespie LLC for both transactions. Bill Sullivan of RW Holmes represented Integrated Quality.
The three-building office complex, situated on a 106-acre site, is located at 55 Fairbanks Blvd. near Route 495. It was originally developed by Stratus Computer, Inc. as its world headquarters. The campus has site plan approvals to allow construction of two additional buildings containing an aggregate of 500,000 sf of space.
