"The landscaping is being completed, and the building is ready to be finished to suit individual tenant requirements," according to Siegel. "Our first building leased quickly, and we're confident that this second spec building will lease quickly as well, now that it is complete."
Branchburg I, which was completed in 2000, has been the corporate headquarters for the bioengineering company Lifecell Corp. for the last two-and-a-half years. Altogether, Murray Construction projects a build-out of more than 800,000 sf of high tech, office and industrial space within its Somerset County project.
Designed by architect James Weill & Associates of Millburn, NJ, Branchburg II features a full-brick façade and 28-foot clear ceiling height.
