Waterview Apartments Sells for $23.05M

MIAMI-Waterview Apartments LLC has purchased the 375-unit complex from Jetam Investment Ltd. The 95% occupied property was built in 1991.

Built in 1991, the property is approximately 95% occupied. Monthly rents range from $695 for select one-bedroom apartments to $1,005 for three-bedroom units.

Lawrence H. Stockton, a senior commercial associate with Abood Wood-Fay Real Estate Group LLC, represented Jetam Investment Ltd. in the sale. Julio Diaz of Shelton & Associates represented Waterview Apartments LLC.
