The building is at 5470 Daniels St. and was developed by Panattoni, according to Grubb & Ellis brokers, who represented both the landlord and the tenant. Collins is scheduled to occupy the facility, which will be used for manufacturing, in January. The company will be relocating from within Chino.
David Brakesman of Grubb & Ellis represented Collins, while Mark Kegans of Grubb & Ellis represented the landlord. They said Collins has leased the building it will be vacating in Chino to Factory Reproductions, which will use the former Collins facility at 13353 Benson Ave. for warehousing and distribution.
Collins, which was established in 1974, produces windscreens, nets for tennis and other sports, posts, umpire chairs, benches and related products.
