The lease expands the publishing firm's office space from its former 66,849 sf in the 6300 Wilshire building, according to Insignia's Clay Hammerstein, Chris Houge and Gregory Tosko, who represented the tenant in cooperation with Mary Ann Tighe of CB Richard Ellis.
Advance Magazine Publishers Inc. is a privately held communications company that owns Condé Nast Publications, Parade Publications, Fairchild Publications, and the Golf Digest Cos. The Conde Nast publications include Architectural Digest, Glamor, Bride's, Modern Bride, Self, GQ, Vanity Fair, Gourmet, Bon Appetite, Condé Nast Traveler, Allure, House & Garden, Wired, Lucky, and The New Yorker.
