WW Fischer Connectors Ltd., a Switzerland-based manufacturer of precision instruments for a mix of high-tech industries, is taking 20,000 sf for 10 years at the Duke-developed building, located in north Fulton County. The 48-year-old Swiss company has its North, Central and South American headquarters in Atlanta.
Duke officials at company headquarters in Indianapolis, IN couldn't be reached at GlobeSt.com's publication deadline to learn terms of the lease. But area brokers familiar with the north Fulton County industrial submarket tell GlobeSt.com the average quoted rent is in the $5 per-sf range.
