The property, which is at 20712 Indian Ocean Dr., includes a one-acre outside storage yard that was one of the primary reasons that Saddleback chose the building, according to Ken Kovaleski and Ted Rommell, both of the Lee & Associates Irvine Spectrum office. Kovaleski and Rommell represented Saddleback and the building owner, George Nassios, in the transaction.

The brokers explain that the one-acre yard was important for Saddleback because the company carries masonry, landscape and erosion control products that require the extra storage space. Saddleback's new facility in this section of South Orange County is a consolidation of operations formerly conducted at an office building in Laguna Hills, CA and a storage yard along Portola Parkway in Lake Forest.
