Koll Exec Switches To Turner

In the past three years at Koll Development, Kendall was responsible for Koll projects including the development and sale of the Plantation, a 1.4 million-sf industrial and R&D park in the City of Industry, near Los Angeles, and for Koll Arrow Center, a 480,000-sf industrial complex in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.

Before that, Kendall was responsible for all phases of approximately one million sf in Koll Development Co.'s Colorado region, as well as holding asset management and leasing positions with First Industrial Real Trust and Pacifica Holding Co. in Denver.

Turner Development Corp. has completed more than 3 million sf of building development and more than 248-acres of land development in the City of Industry and the Inland Empire communities of Ontario, Chino, Mira Loma, and most recently A.J. West Ranch in Lake Forest, Calif.
