According to Luke Palmo of Coldwell Banker Commercial Westmac, the certified public accounting firm subleased space that formerly was occupied by securities dealer Sutro & Co. The space became available when securities dealer RBC Dain Rauscher Inc. acquired Sutro & Co. and the Sutro space became surplus. Palmo represented the CPA firm, while Brad Feld of Cushman & Wakefield represented the sublessor.

Holthouse Carlin & Van Trigt will relocate to the new space from 11845 W. Olympic Blvd. in West Los Angeles. The Water Garden II office campus is a 600,000-sf project in two buildings, one comprising 325,000 sf in six stories and the other comprising 275,000 sf in five stories, on 18 acres at the intersection of Colorado Avenue and Cloverfield Boulevard.
