Although a sales price was not disclosed, the property on the southwest edge of the Fox Valley Shopping Center had been on the market for $12.75 million, or $119 per sf.
William Novelli, Jr., Mark Hellwig, Bill Elwood and Pete Adamo of CB Richard Ellis, Inc. represented Newport Beach, CA-based Koll Bren Schreiber Advisors, which held the property for less than five years.
The buyer is based in north suburban Northbrook.
