George Duncan Jr. of City Center Development Co. tells GlobeSt.com that he anticipates the next closing will take place by mid-month. City Center Tower II is holding firm to a 94.2% occupancy, Duncan says. A sister building, the 33-story Chase Texas Tower at 201 Main St., is 93.2% occupied. The dual tower, class A complex, built in 1982, is leased, managed and owned by City Center Development.
