The new units will be marketed as P12 - which offers 50,000 sf with an option to expand to 75,000 sf - and B12 which will offer a further 20,000 sf. The new units will add to Heywood's current portfolio of 2.3 million sf currently on the site. This second phase of speculative development follows the completion of Heywood's first speculative unit, the 103,056-sf M2. which is now available for occupation either as a whole or as two 51,250-sf units.
