The transaction was arranged for the sublessor, whose identity was not disclosed, by David Simson and John Potter of the Parsippany, NJ office of GVA Williams, along with Robert Romano, Robert Brennen and Kenneth Abrahams of the firm's New York City office. GVA Williams recently represented the same sublessor in the disposition of 46,000 sf within 194 Wood Avenue South, with Schlumberger/Sema similarly taking the space.
The 760,000-sf Metropark Corporate Center is owned by TA Associates Realty of Boston, which had the property on the market at the end of last year for a reported $150 million.
