Kramer leaves Northside Commercial Real Estate Services Co., where he ran the commercial brokerage operation. He previously spent 10 years with CBRE's industrial group. In this new position, Kramer will provide tenant representation, acquisition, disposition and asset leasing services.
A resident of suburban Sandy Springs, GA, Kramer is a Certified Commercial Investment Member; a former Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors' Realtor of the Year; a past president of the CCIM Georgia chapter; and a past director of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks. He is a director at the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and sits on the board of governors for the Georgia Institute of Real Estate.
Among Kramer's numerous industry awards are the Phoenix Award for 10 years of sales excellence and the Atlanta commercial Board of Realtors' Presidents Award.
