Education America offers post-secondary programs and vocational training, such as business information systems and electronics and computer engineering technology.
The school presently leases 33,000 sf at 9421 W. Sam Houston Parkway, a Westchase submarket address about five miles from Westchase Commons Tech Center. The campus will be relocated in the coming weeks, a contact tells GlobeSt.com.
The three-building Westchase Commons Tech Center has building designs of 55,000 sf, 51,200 sf and 43,800 sf. Today Westchase Commons LP developed the complex three years ago. It is leased and managed by the Vantage Cos. in Houston, which use in-house rep Walter Menuet to broker the long-term lease.
