In the largest of the deals, which total just under 28,000 sf, Boater's World took 12,000 sf in a relocation from a nearby site. Other new leases include Mattress Giant (5,750 sf), The Hand Institute and Dunkin/ Donuts/Baskin Robbins. Lease renewals were signed by Jade BBQ, an Asian restaurant, and Heartland Rehabilitation, a physical therapy office.
According to the Mt. Laurel, NJ-based Metro Commercial's Paul Friedman, the property currently has two vacancies totaling just over 13,000 sf. Developer/owner AMC Delancy Group is based in Philadelphia.
