The site is between the Dunwoody and Sandy Springs MARTA stations and near Perimeter Town Center, a $400 million proposed joint venture between Equity Office of Chicago and Atlanta-based Cousins Properties. The project will include an existing 235,000-sf building and one million sf of new construction, area industrial brokers tell GlobeSt.com. The tract for the proposed transit-oriented venture is at the intersection of Perimeter Center Parkway and Perimeter Center West.

Founded in 1994, TMW is part of the Munich-based TMW real estate investment group that has satellite offices in Paris, Madrid, Milan and Zurich. According to the firm's Website, TMW/Atlanta's portfolio comprises 29 million sf of commercial space valued at $4 billion in 45 U.S. cities.

The firm's most recent major acquisition was the $248 million, July 2002 purchase of the 50-story, 936,366-sf 181 West Madison office building in Chicago's West Loop from the Davis Cos. of Los Angeles.
