ATP Oil & Gas has been a building tenant for about seven years, Steve Rocher with the Houston office of Grubb & Ellis Co. tells GlobeSt.com. He says the expansion pact boosts occupancy to 100%, a level that's been held for several years in the 29-year-old building. The energy-related company started talking for the office space as soon as another tenant announced its move from the 87,500-sf, class B building. One of the lead features is a quoted rate of $17.50 per sf in the idyllic Post Oak Park in the heart of the Galleria submarket.

Rocher represented the building owner, Unilev Management. Rich Enders of Senterra Real Estate in Houston brokered the pact for the tenant, a publicly traded offshore development and production company with operations primarily in the Gulf of Mexico and the North Sea.
