Located at 4129 E. Van Buren St. near 41st Street, the site was formerly a call center for NextCard. National Imaging Associates will use the property for its inbound customer service center. The Hackensack, NJ-based firm is the data repository of more than 15 million health-care patient images.
The deal was put together by Jim Fijan, Jerry Roberts, Jim Trobaugh, Rob Marsh and Chris Hook, all of CB Richard Ellis Inc.'s Phoenix office. Fijan and Roberts represented the building owner in the transaction. The tenant was represented by Trobaugh, Marsh and Hook.
