Kevin Kennedy, an associate at the Boston office of Insignia/ESG, represented Design Link in the transaction while Jeff Becker of NAI Hunneman Commercial represented property owner Bay State Realty.

Kennedy notes that the showroom will be on the penthouse floor of the building which he says will "make an impressive showroom space with its view of the Boston Common." He emphasizes that the location of this property, in the heart of the city, will benefit the company.

The building is currently 95% occupied. The company plans to use the space as a "display showcase" for its newest distribution line of imported European furniture.
