The new Eastwood office is at 22860 Savi Ranch Parkway and is the last available building for sale in the five-building, 120,000-sf office park, which was owned originally by Newport Beach-based Clifford Industries, according to Louis Tomaselli of Voit.
Tomaselli and Mitch Zehner Voit Commercial's Anaheim Metro office represented seller Clifford in this and the four other sale transactions at Koll Savi Business Center, while Lonnie Riddle of Grubb & Ellis represented Eastwood.
Eastwood Insurance Services is an insurance broker specializing in non-standard automobile insurance. It acquired the building to accommodate growth. The firm plans to relocate its support staff from its Anaheim Hills headquarters to the new location, but Eastwood's headquarters will remain in Anaheim Hills.
