The new, one-story Impala building is at 970 Discovery Lane, according to Mitch Zehner of Voit Commercial Brokerage's Anaheim Metro office. Zehner and Louis Tomaselli of Voit represented the seller, Aspen Properties, while Pete Beauchamp of Voit's Irvine office represented the buyer.When Aspen Properties acquired Commerce Center Anaheim in 1992, Zehner says, the parkconsisted of 15 light industrial buildings, plus a five-acre parcel of undeveloped land. Aspen developed eight additional single-user buildings, five of which are available for sale.

In another transaction in Anaheim, Duc Dang, the owner of a construction company that specializes in interior improvements, acquired an 11,049-sf, single-story building at 4745 Wesley Dr. from the William and Faye Phillips Charitable Trust for $1.2 million. Brian Williams and Randy Wind of Voit represented the seller, while Don Paul of Ashwill Associates represented the buyer. Dang's company will be relocating from Placentia to the new facility, which represents an expansion for the firm..
