With the lease signing, the Bronx, NY-based Loehmann's will now occupy the entire 404,000-sf structure, which it will continue to use as a major warehousing and distribution center servicing its retail stores. The broker for the expansion was Leon Genet of Genet Realty, Maplewood, NJ.
Murray Construction currently owns a portfolio or more than seven million sf of office and industrial space in the metro New York market.
