Architectural firm Ware Malcomb of Irvine, CA, which designed the facility, says the new Hydraflow corporate headquarters comprises more than 174,000 sf, including 150,000 sf of manufacturing space, plus office facilities for the 42-year-old company.

Construction began in January last year on the headquarters, which was built by general contractor Snyder Langston of Irvine. Ware Malcomb provided the planning, architecture and interior design for the project, which is at 1881 W. Malvern Ave.

Besides the aerospace industry, Hydraflow also manufactures products for the commercial aircraft industry. Its customers include companies in a number of segments of the commercial aircraft business, including some of the industry's largest firms. It also markets products to commuter jet manufacturers, including international firms, and maintains research and development operations at its headquarters facility.
