The lease expansion was arranged by David Simon, a principal of Newmark New Jersey, Rutherford, who represented owner SSR Realty Advisors of Morristown, NJ, and Sheldon Gross Realty of West Orange, NJ, which represented the tenant. Watson makes a wide range of branded and generic pharmaceutical products, ranging from allergy-related remedies, to pain relievers, antacids and vitamins.
Mt. Kemble Corporate Center is a two-building complex with a total of 220,000 sf, of which 55,000 sf is currently available. Other tenants include Morgan Stanley, St. Paul Fire Insurance Co., TMP Worldwide, Convergys Customer Management Group and Taisho Pharmaceutical. Watson Pharma, which moved into the property in the summer of 2001, is the original occupant of its now-expanded space.
