The hotel, which will open Feb. 13, will feature Arts and Crafts architecture made famous at the turn-of-the-century.

In keeping with the Arts and Crafts style, it will incorporate fine woodwork with simple lines and dark finishes, as well as wrought iron latticework, leather furniture, canvas oil paintings and metal sculptures.

The hotel will include more than 12,000 sf of meeting space, including the 8,230-sf Park Ridge Ballroom, which can be divide into four rooms.

The hotel, which is opening in the worse local hotel market in a dozen years, is 18 miles from downtown Denver and 28 miles from the Denver International Airport.

Through May 31, the hotel will be offering introductory rates of $99 per night.
