Studley has named the new board in connection with the recent buyout of the firm--reported in December on GlobeSt.com--by a group headed by former vice chairman Mitch Steir, now the company's CEO.
Dudley is a returning member of the board and a longtime shareholder in the company. He began his commercial real estate career at Studley in 1977 and heads the firm's Los Angeles office in Westwood, CA.
Sullivan, who heads the company's Downtown Los Angeles office, is a longstanding shareholder in the company and one of three new members named to Studley's board. He began his brokerage career in 1986 as an intern at Studley, which is a national commercial real estate firm specializing in tenant representation. The New York City-based company has 15 US offices.
