John S. Dryman brings himself and two other brokers into the Binswanger/CBB fold. R. Dennis Conine and Stewart O. Robinson have even more experience in their market, as both Houston brokers have logged 25 years each in the business. Their combined transaction list adds up to $800 million. Dryman, a 25-year commercial real estate veteran in Atlanta, brings experience managing 3 million sf of office space to the table.

The new affiliations follow recent Binswanger/CBB office openings in Los Angeles, Minneapolis, northern New Jersey, northern Virginia and Seattle.

"Dryman and Conine & Robinson are two highly respected firms that provide top-quality tenant representation, and these skills pooled with our resources will significantly grow Binswanger/CBB's metro business," says Binswanger/CBB president of U.S. operations John L. Young in a statement.
