Dean Properties, LLC purchased the property for the operation of Cheli's Chili Bar & Restaurant, which will have Chelios as a proprietor. Purchase price was not disclosed. Bruce Baja of Signature Associates brokered the deal.
In addition, Marcus & Millichap of Southfield arranged the sale of Oxford Park Towers, a 214-unit affordable multi-housing community at 2345 Oxford St. in Berkley, according to Steve Chaben, VP/regional manager.
The property sold to Oxford Park Towers of Berkley LLC for an undisclosed price. The seller, Oxford Park Towers, LDHA (Slavik Co., managing partner), had owned the property since 1974. Paul Davis and Steven Weinstock represented both parties in the transaction.
