Built in 1980, the complex is positioned at 5925 Callaston Lane, where it takes up nearly 10 acres at the intersection of Interstate 30 and US Highway 820 in Fort Worth's Woodhaven section. Thomas Emerson Burns of Phoenix-based Hendricks & Partners' Dallas office brokered both sides of the deal.

Burns tells GlobeSt.com that the asset, developed in 1980, was on the market just one week when the buyer agreed to pay full price. Burns says the California group, whose identity is being kept under wraps, is a repeat buyer so he had confidence that the deal would close without a hitch. And, it did.

The two-story garden complex was 100% occupied at sale time. "It was well occupied, well maintained and it made a good deal," Burns says.
