Mid-America Real Estate Investment Sales Group principals Rick Drogosz and Mike George represented Armour Management. Column Financial provided a $6.3-million mortgage for Learsi & Co., according to property records.
The center was first sold shortly after it was built in 1987 for $2.68 million.
