Dick Totaro, a 20-year CB Richard Ellis employee, is president of RCS, which is the overseer for RCS Southwest. David Cheatham is senior vice president and regional director of RCS Southwest. Along with Cheatham, the RCS Southwest team will include Darren Pitts, Pat Sauer, Michael Clark, Gia Heller, Tony Elliott, Suzie Telleysh and Bonnie Arlia.
RCS Southwest will spearhead the delivery of national services to retailers that will allow them to outsource their real estate requirements. It will provide transaction management, portfolio sale and disposition, logistic distribution services, strategic services, facilities management and development and consultation services.
