Rodney Combest, the seller, owned the properties since 1994, says Charles D. LeClaire, the Denver Marcus & Millichap broker who represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.
In a separate deal that LeClaire again brokered both sides, Mini-Desoto LLC bought the 68,780 sf Treasure Chest Storage at 5835 Omaha Blvd., in Colorado Springs.
The seller had owned the storage facilities in the Springs since 1993, LeClaire says. The purchase price wasn't released.
