Zenith Insurance Co. and its parent, Zenith National Insurance Corp., are both headquartered within Warner Center Business Park in a 115,340-sf building that Zenith owns at 21255 Califa St. The new lease with Kearny is part of a business expansion plan by the insurance company.

Warner Center Business Park is a 15-building, 468,889-sf property, now approximately 90% occupied, that Kearny bought in November. Rob Arron, a Kearny vice president, says the company is working on several other key leases within the park. Bill Inglis, David Solomon and Lisa Hoshek, all with CB Richard Ellis Inc., represented the building owner, while Jeremy Dee, and Gary Goodgame, both of Corporate Realty Associates represented Zenith.

Kearny, headquartered in Los Angeles, is a partnership active in the acquisition, repositioning, entitlement, development, leasing, management and disposition of commercial projects in California. It has completed more than $1.8 billion in transactions during the last eight years.
