Clint H. Harrington with McCord Development Inc., was elected to serve as the organization's new president, replacing past president Steven M. Seltzer of TPMC Realty Corp. Ted Freyer of Crescent Real Estate Equities Ltd. was named president-elect with Stephen C. Ash, of Transwestern Commercial Services, selected as vice president and Tammy K. Betancourt, CAE, with the Houston chapter of BOMA assuming the role of executive vice president. James Froelich of Hines was named secretary and treasurer.
The newly elected directors are Cindy K. Magouirk of Equity Office Properties, Richard Graves of Trizec Office Properties, Lizabeth Green of Tishman Speyer Properties, Marty O'Connor of the Lee Quigley Co. and Mike J. Williams of Sysco Corp. BOMA has 560 members in the Houston region.
