The facility, which is at 21350 Lassen St., was vacant at the time of sale, according to Todd Lorber and Chris Jackson of the Grubb & Ellis North Los Angeles office, who represented the buyer. The seller was represented by Bennett Robinson of CB Richard Ellis Inc.

The facility is a free-standing, single-story, concrete tilt-up structure that includes about 20,000 sf of office space. The new owner plans to market the space for lease, with Lorber and Jackson as the listing agents on the property.

Built in the 1970s, the building has been home to a number of companies over the years. Most recently, it was occupied by the DreamWorks SKG movie studio, which moved out of the facility about four months ago.
