In the largest of the recent deals, office superstore Staples signed a long-term lease renewal for the entire 204,369-sf building at 21 South Middlesex Ave. in Monroe Twp., NJ. Staples, which was represented by TCC in the transaction, uses the Cabot Acquisition LLC-owned building as a distribution center.

In North Bergen, NJ, meanwhile, George Weintraub & Sons Inc. expanded its 56,000-sf industrial lease to a total of 83,612 sf at 1511 Tonnelle Ave. The men's apparel company similarly uses the AMB Property Corp.-owned facility for distribution purposes.

And in the largest of the office leases recently signed, Sklow and Katz represented ENSR International, a provider of environmental and energy development services, in a 10,900-sf lease for office space at 20 New England Ave. in Piscataway, NJ. The tenant moved to the Murray Construction-owned facility from another location in Piscataway, NJ.
