The average quoted rent range at the seven-year-old property at 3025 Windward Plaza is $18 to $21 per sf. Windward Fairways is part of the 21-acre, 282,530-sf Windward Fairways office development in North Fulton County.
At the 21-year-old, 410,571-sf Galleria Parkway 100 building in Cobb County, newly elected U.S. Sen. Saxby Chambliss (R-GA) is leasing 3,000 sf for six years at an estimated total rent of $450,000. Galleria 100 is 77% leased. The average quoted rent is $25 per sf.
