Due to Davis's active pre-leasing activities, only 33,400 sf of space remains available. Those who signed on before the completion of the four-story building include Davis Construction itself. "This strong pre-lease activity demonstrates the market enthusiasm for this prime metro location," explains Scheer's Jovi McAndrew. "In addition to numerous federal occupants such as FDA and NIH, the area now serves many private sector businesses, especially those attracted to the federal installations and the ability to meet their employees' needs through rapid transportation."
