Tyler Smith, with Grubb & Ellis Co.'s office division tells GlobeSt.com that the $350,000 lease marks the firm's second location in Scottsdale. The title company also has offices at Lincoln Center.
Building owner Biltmore Camelback I LLC recently renovated the 160,000-sf property, located at 6991 E. Camelback Rd. across the street from the Fashion Square Mall at Camelback Road and Goldwater Boulevard. The renovations included new common areas, repainted exteriors and upgraded landscaping along with the addition of a new restaurant, Drinkwater's Steak House, which opened in October, Smith said. Along with Title Security Agency, tenants include Capital Title and Focus Market Research.
Smith and Gordon Raguse, also with Grubb & Ellis, represented the building's owners. Smith, along with Doug Marsh of Oxford Realty Advisors in Tucson, handled the transaction for the tenant.
