BCE Emergis Electronic Mortgage Services LLC has committed to subleasing the entire second floor, which accounts for just over 22,000 sf, and Datamat will occupy nearly 5,000 sf on the first floor. While Advatnis/GVA stood in for Arnold Worldwide in the transaction, CB Richard Ellis represented the tenants. Speaking about the deal, Advantis's Pete Larson says, "We were fortunate to achieve subleases with two financially stable subtenants in such a competitive market." The terms of the tenants' leasing arrangement have not been disclosed.
